1. Permitted Uses of Pythona Studios Branding
You are allowed to use the Pythona Studios branding (including logos, fonts, colours, and other assets) under the following conditions:
Editorial Use: You may use our branding in editorial or informational contexts where Pythona Studios is being featured in articles, reviews, case studies, or other content that discusses our products, services, or company.
Partnerships & Sponsorships: If you are an official partner, sponsor, or collaborator of Pythona Studios, you may use our branding in marketing materials, promotional content, or co-branded assets as agreed upon in your partnership contract.
Event Promotion: You may use our logos and other branding assets to promote events or webinars where Pythona Studios is a participant, speaker, or sponsor, provided you have explicit permission from us.
Social Media: You may share, repost, or feature our branding on social media platforms when highlighting partnerships, collaborations, or specific content related to Pythona Studios. Ensure proper attribution is given where possible.
2. Prohibited Uses of Pythona Studios Branding
You are not allowed to use the Pythona Studios branding in any of the following ways:
Modifications: Do not alter, modify, distort, or redesign the Pythona Studios logos, fonts, colours, or other branding elements. This includes:
Changing colours, proportions, or typography.
Adding or removing elements to/from the logo.
Applying effects like shadows, gradients, or filters.
Unapproved Endorsements: Do not use Pythona Studios branding to suggest sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with your product, service, or company unless explicitly authorised by Pythona Studios. This includes using our branding in testimonials, advertisements, or product placements without permission.
Merchandising: You may not use the Pythona Studios branding on any commercial merchandise (e.g., t-shirts, mugs, stickers) intended for sale or distribution without written consent from us.
Derogatory or Offensive Contexts: Do not use our branding in any context that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or promotes hate speech, violence, or discrimination of any kind.
Illegal Activities: Do not use Pythona Studios branding in connection with any illegal activities, scams, fraudulent schemes, or deceptive practices.
3. Design and Style Rules
To ensure brand consistency, follow these rules when using Pythona Studios assets:
Clear Space: Always maintain a minimum clear space around our logo equal to the height of the letter "P" in our logo. This ensures our logo stands out and is easily recognisable.
Minimum Size: Do not scale our logos below the minimum size, which is 50px in height for digital use and 20mm for print use.
Colour Usage: Only use the official brand colours as specified in our brand guidelines. If using the logo on a dark background, ensure the logo appears in a contrasting light version.
Backgrounds: Avoid using the logo on overly busy, textured, or patterned backgrounds that reduce readability or recognisability.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All Pythona Studios branding, including logos, fonts, and design assets, are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Pythona Studios reserves all rights to these materials.
You may not claim ownership or apply for trademarks that include or are confusingly similar to Pythona Studios' branding elements.
5. Requesting Permissions
